The Airport is currently served by three major airlines: American, Delta, and United with non-stop winter service to 14 major cities: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York (JFK & LGA), Newark, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and Washington D.C. Summer service includes non-stop flights to Denver and Dallas.

As the third largest airport in Colorado, Eagle Airport allows travelers to Aspen / Snowmass a larger airport with larger aircraft and access to direct flights to many cities in the United States.
Eagle County Airport (EGE) did a major remodel and expansion in summer 2018 that added additional gates, concessions and direct ramps to the aircraft. Significant improvements with a big price tag. These improvements should help EGE to grow, accommodate more guests efficiently, and attract more visitors.
Once landed, the terminal is a short distance from the runway. Passengers are directed past security to the three baggage carousels at the west end of the airport. The driver corral is located west of the third baggage carousel in front of the West Exit at the end of the building. Vail Transportation Service drivers will display a sign with the traveling party's name. Please call dispatch at 970 926-1867 if any assistance is needed.
Baggage is collected at one of the three carousels located in the west end of the terminal. Skycaps are available for assistance. Drivers are required to stay in the driver coral or outside of the terminal while waiting for guests to collect their luggage. Skis and oversized items are delivered outside the west exit door. EGE has requested that drivers may not handle baggage inside the terminal so that the skycaps may perform their duties. Once outside drivers may assist guests with luggage in the short transfer to their vehicle.
Our courteous drivers take guests on the approximately 45 minute trip to the Vail / Beaver Creek area and will deliver guests to their destination. Drivers are able to tell guests about local events, geography, topography, history and favorite restaurants and ski terrain upon request. If a stop for groceries, bottle shop or to pick up keys from property managers are required, we do ask that guests make requests in advance so that we can allow for appropriate time. Child seats can be requested in advance, click here for information about reserving an appropriate seat for your child. SUV cargo area can accommodate 36" x 32", and Pac a Sport rooftop carriers are 6' x 1'. **Overstuffed ski bags and snowboard bags can be too large to fit with five guests in an SUV, please advise us in advance so that we may accommodate appropriately. Van cargo area is 48" x 35" or 140 cu ft. Vans do not all have Pac a Sport roof racks unless requested. Vans can fit bicycles, overstuffed ski and snowboard bags as well as oversized items.
